What we collect
When you register for an account we collect your username, email address, first name and last name. Your password is never stored in plain text — only a one-way salted hash of it is kept, which cannot be reversed back into your original password.
Why we collect it
- Username & password — to let you log in to your account.
- Email address — to let you log in with your email as an alternative to your username, and to send you password reset links when you request one.
- First & last name — to personalise the site (e.g. greeting you by name) and to identify you within your leagues.
Legal basis
We process this data on the basis of your consent, given when you register, and because it's necessary to provide you the account-based service you're signing up for.
How long we keep it
We keep your account data for as long as your account exists. If you'd like your account and associated data deleted, contact us using the details below and we'll action it.
Who can see it
Your data is only accessible to the site administrators who operate this service. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Cookies
This site uses a single session cookie to keep you logged in. This cookie is strictly necessary for the site to function and does not require separate consent under UK privacy law (PECR). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
